I am playing with Color Throw Down and Try Stampin' on Tuesday. I wanted to create a card for a male or female. After looking at the card, I should have sponged the Happy Birthday or added some bling. Looks a little plain to me.
great unisex card. I think i would have added a pattern to the background of the card something simple. but i love pattern and texture. i love that you embossed the strip down the side. thanks for joining the challenge at TSOT!
Angelic - we are always our own worst critics! Your card is definitely good for either guys or gals. Some pattern paper for the background that's not to flashy would add to your card, but if you want to keep it good for both genders, you would have to be selective as to what pattern would work. I like the embossed red vertical strip. Thank you for joining with us and sharing your creativity at Try Stampin' on Tuesday! -Donna
Fun - love the red and gray together - so sophisticated! Thanks so much for playing at TSOT!

ReplyDeleteGreat idea! I didn't know I could add pattern paper. I stuck strictly to the sketch. I know next time.
